Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be absolutely "ducky" with your purchase! If you are not entirely satisfied with your B.Duck items, we're here to help.

1. Returns You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Refunds Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

3. Non-Returnable Items (Strict Policy)

  • Opened "Blind Boxes": Blind box products (including individual boxes and full sets) are strictly non-returnable once the outer foil or seal is opened. Duplicates are a normal part of the blind box experience and are not eligible for exchange or refund.
  • Items on clearance/final sale.

4. Defective or Wrong Items If we sent you the wrong item or the product has a manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as primary proof for your claim. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you for verified defects.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Quality Issues: B.Duck Official Shop will cover the return shipping costs.
  • Non-Quality Returns: For "change of mind" or personal reasons, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
